BL11 Is the same point as Feimen and is found in a depression where the dorsal border of the body of the cervical vertebrae meet the middle of the anterior border of the scapula.

More precisely, just between the spine of the first thoracic vertebra and the scapula.



Insert up to 4 Tsun deep directed slightly posteriorly under the scapula

Identify the anterior border of the scapula and palpate its full length to identify its midpoint.
Alternatively, slide your finger down the line of the anterior border of the scapula until your finger falls into a depression between the spine of T1 and the scapula at about its mid point.

BL11 or Feimen is found.
